Who We Are

TAS PLAN INC. (TAS PLAN) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAISEI CORPORATION (Taisei), one of the leading companies in Japan specializing in building construction, civil engineering and real estate development.

TAS PLAN is involved in designing and constructing drawings, as well as estimating take-offs for Japanese projects. Leveraging cutting-edge information technology, TAS PLAN excels with highly efficient work that consistently meets business standards and requirements.

Being part of Taisei's international network, TAS PLAN collaborates on global projects alongside Taisei's branches, group of companies, and project offices.

DESIGN DIVISION

Started its operation in 1992, the Design Division is the pioneering department of TAS PLAN. The scope of works consists of schematic layouts to working drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, Vector works, Navisworks and rendering perspectives using Lumion. Some of the data being produced uses BIM solutions. We provide data for large-scale residential, office, industrial and commercial buildings as well as monumental structures. Our data consists of both Architectural and Structural information materials.

SHOP DRAWING DIVISION

The second division to be structured in TAS PLAN was the Shop Drawing Division. Started its operation in September 2003, two years after TAS PLAN was reorganized, Shop Drawing Division has become the most versatile among the three divisions as it has grown into a full-blown production line.

ESTIMATE DIVISION

The Estimate Division started its operation in May 2004, and was initially divided into the Structural, Finishing, and Mechanical & Electrical Groups respectively. By the year 2010 the Estimate Division shifted its focus on Structural and Finishing Estimation only.
