Shop Drawing Division

Shop Drawing is the second division to be structured in TAS PLAN. Established in September 2003, two years after TAS PLAN was reorganized, the division has become the most versatile among the three divisions as it has grown into a full-blown production line.

The Shop Drawing division produces drawings mainly for site office use. A shop drawing is a combination of architectural and structural working drawings, which is used as a guide in the actual construction process.

The diversified production exemplifies the multifaceted capabilities and the "we can do more" spirit of the company. Requests vary from 2D plans, 3D renderings, BIM presentations, or a combination of thereof.

Shop division projects come from different field offices, which are channelled thru the Taisei head office in Tokyo and through various branch offices in Japan. The group has handled residential structures to mixed-use complexes, commercial and landmark institutional developments, and even historic preservation projects.
