drawings as well as estimate take-offs of Japanese projects. Making

DESIGN, SHOP and ESTIMATION
comprise the excellence in works and service of
TAS PLAN.
Established in 1992, the Design Division is the pioneering department of TAS PLAN. The scope of works consists of schematic layouts to working drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, Vector works, Navisworks and rendering perspectives using Lumion.

The second division to be structured in TAS PLAN was the Shop Drawing department. Established in September 2003, two years after TAS PLAN was reorganized, SHOP has become the most versatile among the three divisions as it has grown into a full-blown production line.

The Estimate Division was established in May 2004, and was initially divided into the Structural, Finishing, and Mechanical & Electrical Groups respectively. By the year 2010 the Estimate Division shifted its focus on Structural and Finishing Estimation only.
