In February 1991, TAS PLAN was established as one of subsidiaries of TAISEI CORPORATION (Taisei), with a Filipino partner. Initially, it focused on design work for overseas projects. In 2001, TAS PLAN became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taisei. Furthermore, the Shop Division and Estimate Division were established within TAS PLAN in 2003 and 2004, respectively.
TAS PLAN’s workforce has expanded, currently employing approximately a total of 140 permanent staff members. Recognizing the importance of maintaining consistent performance, the company prioritizes the comprehensive training of new employees. This internal professional training not only equips them with necessary skills but also ensures they are well-prepared for their responsibilities within TAS PLAN.
