Design Division

The Design Division is the pioneer amongst TAS PLAN's three divisions. Scope of work includes pre-construction(basic and detailed) working drawings, presentation drawings and building information models for their various projects, from small-scale residential buildings to monumental structures.
There are two main groups : Architectural and Structural. Projects are mainly sourced through the varied clientele of Taisei Corporation head office and its branch offices, Requirements are either as-designed new drawings or existing drawing revisions or standardization. Together with Taisei Japanese professionals, the group is known for accomplishing the drawing requests works promptly and efficiently without compromising accuracy. |

➤ Arrival/ Receipt of Projects from Clients (by e-mail and/or courier)
➤ Queue/Preparation of Orders for Distribution
➤ Distribution of Works
➤ Scheduling of Deadlines for submission
➤ Execution of Work (Input,revisions ,Modifications, Coordination)
➤ Checking of Works
➤ Submission of Works
➤ Re-submission of Works (in case of revisions/ additions requested by client)
➤ Invoicing
➤ Filing of Finished Projects in the Library
